This fact sheet allows you to provide teachers and school staff with specific information about your child and the types of seizures they have—including signs and symptoms your child's teacher should be aware of.

This fact sheet also allows you to give special instructions to school staff, including whom to call in the event of a seizure, medication your child should or should not take, and any activities that your child should not participate in.
